THE BIGGEST POLLUTERS IN THE WORLD ARE THE USUAL SUSPECTS.

Number one by a mile the US, second with half of the emissions of the US is China, third is Russia with a higher level per head than the US, fourth is Brazil sadly with most of the pollution coming from deforestation, fifth is Indonesia which is still funding oil and gas to a higher level than most other countries, sixth is Germany highest in Europe with the biggest population in Europe, India follows Germany is seventh place, number eight is the UK still putting more money into fossil fuel companies than renewables, position nine is Japan which until Fukushima was hoping to rely on nuclear to reduce its pollution, number ten is held by Canada with a whopping 45% of its pollution coming from coal sad for a large country with a relatively small population. These ten produce more than the rest of the world put together, most are making noises about change but every year their levels go up so not much hope there.
